SENATE BILL NO. 312 An Act relating to the bond redemption                     
subaccount in the earnings reserve account of the permanent fund;              
and providing for an effective date was read the third time.                   
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held in third reading to the April 21 calendar. Without objection, it          
was so ordered.
